refreshing,restoring,renewing

Well good morning!
I'm here and God willing, I'll see another new year ring in. Can't believe it's gonna be 2008!! the years fly by and I'm so glad Christ is sooner to come.
So things are okay at the new job. I've been learning everyday new things and just staying and speaking positive, regardless as to whether I wanna do this or not. My mom just asked me whether or not I dread going into work and for the the first time in a LONG time..I can gratefully say no. It's a challenge to say the least, but I'm okay w/going in and see how God's gonna work miracles through me. God's placed people all around me to encourage and speak life that I will not only do good in this job, but that I will excel and soar!! Praise Him! inspite of the doubts, I will choose to believe.
My Christmas was nice and I'm still eating the leftovers..lol. I'm on my way to send out for 3 more poetry contests and I've entered all 3 international songwriting contests that I set out to do months ago. I feel pride and accomplishment in that. I am grateful and I look forward to winning!!! Thanks for the many, many prayers.
I miss blogging consistently, but I try to update at least twice or once a mth. Yall get on me if I don't..aiight?! lol...love ya and Happy Blessed New Year!!

p.s. I don't make resolutions. I am asking God for refreshing and restoring of my spirit and a renewed love for His Word and spending time in my prayer closet. I've been dry and drained and uninterested. Father, forgive me. THanks for continuing the work You started in me and your faithfulness to complete it.
